Phonetics Fonts
The best place to download phonetics fonts from is the website of the Summer Institute of Linguistics. The most convenient font is IPA Encore or Doulos Sil.
The Sounds of the IPA
On the website of the University of Victoria you can listen to most of the Sounds of the IPA.
